Terrain

Here are the final pieces up at the Pennsylvania shop
I have been working very hard on a special project!
This summer I started work designing some exclusive papercuts for an incredible home and garden store called Terrain. They have amazing products.
It was so fun to work with a large store and have such great guidance and support from the buyers.
We settled on two designs and I cut out enough papercuts for the website and their two brick and mordor stores. One is in Connecticut and one is in Pennslyvania.
I was also able to be a guest artist at their holiday open house and ran a papercutting workshop!
It was tons of fun.
Here is the main website

Work up at Craftland in Providence, RI
I also got to go to Providence to see my work up at Craftland a holiday art market.
It was very exciting. There were tons of great products for sale all made by craft artists.

Window Wonderland

I had the great opportunity to be part of a fun exhibit of window displays in Harbor East.
Artists were paired with stores and created window displays for the holidays.
I was lucky to be paired with Amaryllis Handcrafted Jewelry!
This store has gorgeous and cool jewelry.
the ladies who own the store were so nice.
I took the inspiration for the window from the amazing jewelery and the words that describe the jewelry and also the words    used to describe the holidays.
Thanks to The Baltimore Office of Promotion and Art and the Harbor East Corporation and Amaryllis Jewelery. It is up until January- go check it out and do some holiday shopping!

a bunch recent projects mostly wedding gits and a birthday!

lots and lots of papercuts!! I have a lot of papercuts to post! They are recent and in no particular order!

This was a an anniversary present for a lovely couple! I did the image for their wedding invitation as well so I was happy to work with them again! They were married in Patterson Park . Sharing their love for New Orleans they had a proper Second Line Parade through the park to the Creative Alliance where the reception was held!

This was a piece for a wonderful couple that were getting married and wanted to have a way to honor the bride's brother. I created this small piece to be placed near the guest book so that guests could reflect on and remember their family member.
A giant papercut!
Just some bikes !
And more Bikes!

Alphabet series!
Carrots!

A wedding gift for a lovely couple!
Rowhouses!
More rowhouses!

This was a super fun piece to work on! The wonderful husband commissioned this piece for his wife as a valentine gift( I know late post) The wife has the coolest job!She leads research trips to the Arctic. I included the helicopter they fly in and the animals that she researches. Also- her three kids!
A wedding gift for a couple married in the Netherlands

Tiny row house
This was a Christening gift for a delightful family commissioned by the baby's Godmother!

This was a gift from a Groom to his Bride! They went to school together on the west coast and the columns were an important land mark on the campus!
More alphabets!

This was a wedding gift for a lovely couple here in town! I loved working on this one!
Posters for the wonderful Sunnyside Farms annual pig roast! Printed by Common Seed Press!

This was a piece for Veritas Vineyard. Such a gorgeous place!
A whale for a show I was part of!
This piece was for a law firm downtown, this one was quite an adventure - I had a lot of words and details to make sure were correct! I actually had to re cut this one! The date they initially told me was not correct. But, I am happy I got to recut it since I like the second version better!
